More than a year has gone by since I last updated this website, and people who just got here might worry something had happened to our cat sanctuary... Please don't worry, we struggle but we keep going, and our Feline Family is safe thanks to the support we receive from kind people like you visiting us right now... Thank you!
But this has been a year of terrible collapse for Venezuela, were we have faced unimaginable, unstoppable hyperinflation, growing shortages and since March 2019, failing of all basic services, including daily electric cuts of up to 10 hours.
It's been hard to keep online with these limitations on top of the daily hard work of finding supplies, collecting water, cooking for the cats on a electric stove for lack of gas...
