My dear supporters and friends, this January has been a very rough start of the year for Venezuela, and for us specifically. Hyperinflation is off the charts, food and basic are harder to find than ever in town with no improvement in sight, and at home we lost to illness one of our oldest and dearest cats after taking him to 3 different vets, and my dear mom suffered a medical emergency, forcing us to face the non-existent health care in this country. All very sad, stressful and expensive. We would be absolutely lost without your endless support and above all the genuine love and care you show toward us, keeping my family and our cats in your thoughts and prayers at all times. Meeting you all was a miracle, and having you always by our side is a blessing.
A very special THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for their much needed contributions during this particularly though month goes to Linda, Dawn, Kate, Darryl, Iain, Cats from Ulthar, Claire, Susan M., Tracey, Talmour, Karen, Susan T. and the many anonymous angels that donated; Laurie, Romana, Magda and Dennis, the pillars of our strength; to our wonderful twitter friends, and to all the angels of light that watch over us from Heaven. And lets never forget, its been a whole year now since the miracle that saved us took place, and since then we owe everything to all the kind and generous supporters that have helped us thus far... please forgive my lack words to properly express the gratitude I feel towards each and every one of you.
The months ahead will no doubt continue being of challenge and struggle, but with all of you giving us hope and courage, anything can be overcome. God bless you all!
